  1. Dry roast black til and keep aside.
  2. Roast urad daal, red chillies and chana daal separately in oil.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. In a mixer, add the black til, chana dal, urad dal and red chillies.
  5. Add some salt to taste.
  6. Grind the above to a fine powder.
  7. Add hing, mix well.
  8. Serve with a teaspoon of ghee.
1 medium sized cup - black til
1 medium sized cup - urad dal
2 medium sized cups - red chillies
� medium sized cup - channa dal
1 tsp - hing
salt to taste
