Sieve flour and baking powder together. Keep aside.
Powder the sugar.
Put sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl and mix it throughly.
Beat well in the mixie by using the reverse button. Beat it for 5 minutes
Remove from the mixie and add maida and baking powder.
Mix the flour on one direction only and add essence to it. Mix it fully and finally pour the mixture in to a greased plate. Instead of cake tin we can use glass bowl also.
Keep the cake mix inside the oven.
Keep the oven in "Crisp Mode". (This is very important)
Cook it for 6 minutes at 850 watts.
Cool it for 10 minutes and remove from the tin.
