Koonthal/squid fry

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked squid well; remove and set aside.
  2. Heat a little of the fried oil and saute all the above ingredients except chilly powder
  3. Once the onion is fried, add the chilli powder and saute again.
  4. Add the fried squid to it; mix well and serve.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - koonthal (cook in a pressure cooker mixed with salt and red chilly powder)
3 - onions, chopped
4-5 - green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp - ginger, chopped
1 tbsp - garlic, chopped
2 sprigs - curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - red chilly powder
Oil to fry
